c. If no action is taken by you during this notice period, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.

3. Data Retention Exceptions

Even after account deletion, certain data may be retained where required by law (e.g., for tax, legal claims, or fraud prevention). Such retained data will be securely stored and disposed of in compliance with applicable regulations.
