Refund Policy

At Boon Xpress, we are committed to providing quality services to our customers. This refund policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and is in accordance with our service delivery agreement.

1. Service Fees

  • – Monthly service fees are paid in advance
    – No refunds will be issued for monthly service fees that have already been processed
    – We do not provide refunds if service delivery is delayed due to:
      – Client’s failure to provide required information
      – Client’s failure to provide necessary access
      – Any other client-related delays or omissions

2. Ad Spend

  • – Ad spend amounts paid directly to advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) are subject to those platforms’ respective refund policies.
  • – Boon Xpress is not responsible for refunds of ad spend paid to third-party advertising platforms

3. Setup Fees

  • – Any applicable setup or strategy fees are non-refundable once services have commenced

4. Early Termination

  • – Early termination of services before the completion of the agreed term will not qualify for refunds.
  • – Remaining fees for the current term will still be due as per the service agreement

5. Disputed Charges

  • – Any disputed charges must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt
    – We will investigate all legitimate dispute claims and work to resolve them in a timely manner

6. Service Quality Guarantee

– If you are dissatisfied with our services, please notify us in writing within 7 days of service delivery
– We will be given 7 days to rectify any non-compliance issues
– If issues are not reported within this timeframe, services will be deemed accepted
