BACKGROUND:
Johnson Official frequently offers discounts but struggles with consistent monthly orders. Their primary challenge is reaching the right audience effectively and converting them into paying customers. To address this, we devised a strategy focused on maximizing audience reach and engagement through a well-structured Facebook ads campaign during the holiday season of 2023, spanning from November to January. We created value-based lookalikes based off of the conversion data provided by the client which helped us find users most similar to past purchasers.
